TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE KLAMKA LEGAL WEBSITE

These Regulations constitute the performance of the obligation under Article 8(1)(1) of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1219, as amended).

(„Law Firm„).

The Terms and Conditions set out the terms and conditions and rules for the use of the Law Firm’s website (the „Site„).

I. Scope of services provided

  1. The services provided by the Site consist of:
    • Make the content of he Site available to Users, including: information on the Law Firm and the scope of its services, information on the Law Firm’s current activities as well as articles and publications on legal issues;
    • Enabling Website users to send a text message to the Firm via the contact form.
  1. The use of the contact form requires the User to provide the necessary data, i.e. his/her name and telephone number.
  2. The Law Firm’s use of the data provided by the User for the purposes of the contact form shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy.

II. Terms of use of the Site

  1. Use of the Site is subject to the terms and conditions described in these Terms and Conditions.
  2. The use of the Site by Users is voluntary and free of charge.
  3. Your use of the Site is tantamount to your acceptance of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and your consent to the Site’s use of cookies.
  4. The User is obliged to use the Site in a manner consistent with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, legal regulations and good practice.
  5. Users are specifically prohibited from:
    • provide false or misleading information when using the functionalities of the Site, in particular the contact form;
    • to provide unlawful content, including content that is defamatory or infringes the personal rights of the Law Firm, its associates or third parties;
    • any tampering with the operation of the Site and its code, the use or posting of viruses and other malicious software, as well as unauthorised extensions, redirects and any instrument which may adversely affect the operation of the Site, the devices and software used by the Firm or other users.

III. Technical requirements

  1. The use of the Website requires a device that allows access to the Internet, equipped with an Internet browser.
  2. The website uses cookies. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for details of the cookies used.

IV. Complaint procedure

  1. The user has the right to raise concerns about the correct functioning of the Site at the following email address: office@klamkalegal.pl
  2. The user using the services specified in these Terms and Conditions has the right to submit complaints to the following email address: office@klamkalegal.pl
  3. Objections and complaints reported by the User should contain a detailed description of the problem and the User’s e-mail address, enabling return contact concerning the report. The Law Firm reserves the right to ask the User to provide additional information necessary to respond to the complaint.
  4. A response to the request will be provided to the User within 14 days of receipt of the complete information, to the extent consistent with paragraph 3 above.

V. Liability

  1. Due to technical reasons, it is possible that the Site may crash or otherwise malfunction. These events may periodically prevent or impede both access to and proper use of the Site.
  2. Weggemans debtcollection & bailiffs shall not be held liable for any malfunctions of the Site resulting from the events described in paragraph 1 as well as from other causes beyond the control of Weggemans debtcollection & bailiffs.


VI.  Amendments to the Rules of Procedure

  1. The law firm reserves the right to amend the content of the Terms and Conditions.
  2. Any changes to the content of the Terms and Conditions shall take effect as of the date of publication of the new wording of the Terms and Conditions on the Site.

VII. Final provisions

  1. In matters not regulated by the Rules, the relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.
  2. The Rules of Procedure shall enter into force on the date of their publication on the Site.
